BAFTA Nominees 2020

January 7, 2020

The British Academy of Film and Television has announced its nominees for the best films of 2019! Some of the results are a bit surprising. Among the biggest surprises are Scarlett Johansson (Marriage Story, Jojo Rabbit) and Margot Robbie (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Bombshell) both securing double nominations! Also surprising is the Jennifer Lopez snub for Best Supporting Actress in Hustlers. Lopez has found herself nominated in almost every critic’s circle and awards group so far this season, so the BAFTA snub is shocking.
